Itinerary
We at Travel Thousand Miles welcome you to your 6 Nights/7 Days Golden Triangle with Tiger Safari tour. You will be welcomed and transferred to your pre-booked hotel by our representative on your arrival at the Delhi Airport. You must be tired so, after check in at the hotel, take some rest and get refreshed. Later in the evening you can visit Red fort to enjoy the Light and sound show. Red fort was a residence to the Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.
On the second day of your Golden Triangle with Tigers tour, after breakfast proceed for local sight seeing of India’s capital territory. Visit Qutab Minar the tallest brick minaret in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lotus temple, Humayun’s Tomb – the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun in Delhi, after lunch visit President House, India Gate, National Museum, Laxmi Narayan temple, Raj Ghat, Chandni chowk market. You can have your dinner in a famous restaurant of the city. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.
On day three, after breakfast proceed to Agra – the city of marbles. En route you will visit the famous Tomb of Emperor Akbar at Sikandra. After arrival, check in at the Agra hotel . Freshen up and take some rest, after lunch visit the 16th century Agra Fort also known as “Lal – Qila”, house to a number of exquisite buildings and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Agra fort, Shah Jahan spent his last days imprisoned by his son, Aurangzeb. After Agra Fort you will visit the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, is also an architectural marvel. People also refer it as Baby Taj Mahal because it has Minars(towers) similar to that of Taj Mahal. In the evening, visit the local market and buy some handicrafts for your family and friends. Have dinner in a famous Mughal restaurant of the city and then go rest for the night at your hotel.
On the fourth day of your 6 nights/7 days Golden Triangle with Tiger Safari tour, travel to Taj Mahal in the morning to experience the stunning view of the Monument at sunrise. There you can spend an hour taking photographs and relaxing in the lush green gardens of Taj Mahal. Then come back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Ranthambore, en route you will visit Fatehpur sikri – a city founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. On your arrival at Ranthambore National park, check in at the hotel. In the evening enjoy bonfire with tea/coffee and snacks . After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.
In the morning go for Safari at Ranthambore National park. Ranthambore National Park is a vast wildlife reserve near the town of Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, northern India. It is a former royal hunting ground and home to tigers, leopards and marsh crocodiles. Its landmarks include the imposing 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, on a hilltop, and the Ganesh Mandir temple. After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Jaipur city, after arriving, check in to the hotel and have dinner. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.
Jaipur is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and in 1727, founded what is now called the Old city, or “Pink city” for its trademark building colour. After breakfast visit Amber fort – most famous monument of Jaipur, where you can enjoy an elephant ride and then visit Jaigarh fort. After lunch explore other attractions of the city, like the famous City Palace – a palace complex in Jaipur, visit Albert hall & Museum, Hawa Mahal – a palace in Jaipur, India, named so because it was essentially a high screen wall built so the women of the royal household could observe street festivals while remaining unseen from the outside. In the Evening visit Jal Mahal and Jantar Mantar. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.
The last day of your 6 Nights / 7 Days Golden Triangle with Tiger Safari tour. After breakfast check out of the hotel and our driver will take you back to Delhi. In Delhi we will drop you at the Delhi Airport to catch your flight back home.
